What is your privacy policy?
Your privacy is important to us. We do not rent, share, or sell any customer
contact information. Your contact information is kept confidential and will not
be sold or given to any third party. Credit card information is not kept
on file. We do collect email addresses. The email addresses we collect are used
only to notify consumers about updates to our website, and we do not share this
information with any organizations or third parties. If you do not want to

are no employees that might have access to your information. Furthermore, all transaction information is stored securely on 128-bit encryption SSL servers.

What are your Business Hours?
You can order from the web site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Normal business
hours are 9am-5pm (Mountain Time) Monday-Friday. Any orders established after
normal business hours, weekends, or holidays would be processed the next
business day in order of receipt.
What is your Shipping Policy?
All orders ship in approximately 24-48 hours with the shipment method chosen.
How are shipping costs handled?
Shipping charges are based on packaging weight, destination, and packing fees.
We do not charge a handling fee.
Do you ship internationally? Yes.
Do you accept returns for damaged items?
Yes. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Just email Teresa
about the problem or concern, before you return the defective item, for a
replacement.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. Orders requiring changes or cancellation will be accepted within 8
hours of placing your order. Thereafter, a $5.00 change/cancellation fee will be
charged.
Can I change the address?
Yes. If you send Teresa an email within 8 hours of placing your order, she
will be able to change the address. If she receives it after 8 hours, we cannot
guarantee that the new address will be used.
Do you offer a print catalog?
Yes. There will be a $5.00 print and mailing charge applied.

How do I cancel my subscription?
If you are canceling your membership due to a problem you have had, please let me know about the problem at
LingerieLounge@cableone.net so that I can have the opportunity to correct the problem for you.
When you cancel your subscription, your username and password will be removed from the system 30 days from the date of your last
charge.
I give you the full benefit of your subscription, no matter when you cancel.

How can I contact
The Lingerie Lounge customer service?
My preferred method of contact is by e-mail to

me by U.S. Postal Service at Teresa, P.O. Box 3712, Show Low, AZ 85902. Please
include your full name, e-mail address, Membership user name (if you are a member) and your phone number.
I respond to all emails and phone calls within 24 hours.

Am I entitled to a
subscription refund if I cancel before 30 days?
If you cancel before 30 days, you are not entitled to a refund.
I do not refund the unused difference as I give you the full 30 days of access for your subscription price. You can download
thousands of images in one day by visiting
The Lingerie Lounge Members Only Area, or you may not even visit for days at a time. It is up to you how you want to use your
privileges.

How often am I charged?

Are there other methods of payment?
Yes. If you do not want to order online, you can order by
the U.S. Postmaster. Just click here to go to the snail-mail order form page, print out the order form and mail it to:

I accept cash, cashiers checks and money orders in U.S.
dollars only.
Instant access is not available if you mail
me your order. Your account will become active within 24 hours of receiving your order.

I do not want my wife or girlfriend (or anyone else) to know about my subscription. Will I be on a mailing list and how much information do I really have to give you?
I never send my members anything in the postal
mail (snail-mail). I never sell, or otherwise share, any of my members'
names or addresses to any company. I TOTALLY RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY, AS I
WOULD NOT LIKE THE SAME TO HAPPEN TO ME.
Occasionally you will receive an email from
me regarding your account (such as a transaction receipt). If you do not want email from
me, please send me an
email stating so and I will not send you any email. Or better yet...
If you would like to have anonymous, private, and free email, try one of the free web-based e-mail services like HotMail, or YahooMail.
As far as the type of information I need for you to order your subscription, if you are using your credit card to subscribe,
I need your name and the address where you receive your credit card statement, zip code if you live in the United States, credit card account number with a valid expiration date, a username and password of your choice and your e-mail address. Your e-mail address is optional; however,
I have no other way of getting in touch with you to let you know that your account has been activated and to confirm your username and password. If you do not give
me an e-mail address, make sure you have written down the username and password you chose.
